License down grade from 8SC Pro to 4SC Pro

My clients business has less staff due to down turns and I only need a 4SC instead of the 8SC. How do I renew with a 4SC Pro license?

We tried by purchasing a new license and then applying it to the PBX by performing a license key replacement. Everything looked fine and was working. Then it stopped and now the PBX still shows the old license key which has now expired. Please help as this is a medical business.

This is something that needs to be checked internally. I suggest that you create a Support Ticket and proceed from there.
