License Issue: A networking problem occurred while activating your license key: (Error code: 401)

Evening, getting the above mentioned error code when trying to apply a new license that was just purchased of same version and quantity to an existing systems that will expire tomorrow. Any assistance that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

Which version is your pbx? You need to be on v18 9a (Build 31) at least.

Hello @MDunkley,

Please note that you cannot replace a paid License Key with a free one.
You can only replace an existing activated key with a new, not yet activated paid key.
