License upgrade

I did a license upgrade yesterday from Free to SMB however the license upgrade isn't being reflected in the system. Still showing 2023 renewal date and still shows as Free SMB. Any ideas? I have confirmed the licence keys are the same.

I do not see any issue with your license as it is updated correctly. Does this information appear in your portal?

I see the license in the portal showing: 3CX SMB 10, exp October 28 2024.

In the cloud web client, the licensing is still showing: 3CX FREE SMB 10, exp Dec 30 2023.

I have done this however there is no change.
