Hi!

In October 2021, we installed and used 3CX version 16 Standard Free
We have 8 internal phones and 3 trunks.

A week ago we updated to version 18: we made a backup of version 16, installed version 18.
At the same time, as I understood, the license was changed and the number of sim calls was reduced to 4

Now we regularly get a SIP 600 error when calling from the city.
This is very unpleasant, so the subscriber hears a message that the number is not serviced.

As I understood, this is because the number of sim calls decreased when updating the license (in version 16 there were 8 of them if I am not mistaken)

I cannot restore PBX version 16 from a backup copy – there is no necessary distribution kit on which the backup was made. Version 16.0.8.16 needed

Now our license is 3CX Standard Free 4 sim call until November 4, 2022

Can I download version 16.0.8.16 somewhere?
If I find 16.0.8.16 and restore from a backup, what happens to my license?
Will I get back the previous number of sim calls?

Can we upgrade license to DEDICATED STANDARD for 8 sim calls at no extra charge?
Or do I already have to pay?

You cannot go back to v16 and you will need to pay to upgrade to 8SC. This was to be expected with the upgrade to v18. Free stuff have limits.

Also, SIP 600 are probably not related to what you think. You would get events in the 3CX Log saying you reached your license limit. You may also need to check your SIP trunks "SIM Calls" field and set it higher maybe.
