Lightsail 3cx instance hung up.

Hi,
I have 3cx Version 16.0.1581 running on lightsail, and they have an an outage in Virginia zone A, East-1. My instance shows as stopping, for the last 3 hours. Does anyone know of a way to force it to restart from my lightsail control panel? The start button is greyed out, and when I try and connect with SSL I get no response.

Ummm, if VM is out of service then your action seems limited to call / mail Amazon support and ask if they are able to retablish service.
