Hello,
my problem seems to be to be quite trivial nevertheless I cannot deal with it.
I use public_lookup_displayname_override to present some data to the agents (webclient). Sometimes my string may be quite long therefore I'd like to divide it into 2 lines.
I tried using \n which seems to be recognized but it does not work.
For example my string is:
"This is an example \n of some string"

Result:

As you can see \n is recognized (it disappeared from the string) but the line didn't break.
Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
