Line seizure or priority outbound for SLT

One of the joys in telecom over the years has been getting a system to bend to your will. Use case: I have an elevator hooked to an SLT. I have a 4SC license, and 5 phones. In the off chance that 4 phones are in use- does anyone have a creative idea to disconnect an existing call so that the elevator could dial emergency services?
For that matter- if all licenses are in use, and someone dials a number listed in the emergency services section- does anyone know if it drops an existing call to dial?

Numbers in the emergency numbers list ignore the SC count, as I learnt last week

You'll just need to make sure you have enough SIP lines.

Just to add to this, 3CX will allow the call to go out. You will need to confirm with your provider if they have a similar override.
