link customer with agent

i have to questions and i hope find the answer

first how i can link specify customer with agent, forexample when the customer call the ivr automatic route him to agent who i specify ?

second how i can assign contacts for each Extension ?

• if customer call always with same specific number you can do a CID inbound rule to forward to a specific extension directly, is this what you want to do?
• you can't 3CX phonebook is common for all pbx users, now if you are asking where to do this ? this is in MC, only 3 fields are usable, first, lastname and mobile for phone number nothing else is seen on deskphones

Second question - are you talking about address book within 3CX ?.

3CX Management console - web based console. You would have been given the info after installing 3CX with username and password, url of the console, etc
