Hi,
a client of mine is begging me to retrieve a webmeeting recorded on Friday, May 07, 2021. The organizer did not receive the email to be able to download the recording and since it is part of the record, it would need to be retrieved.
3CX receives and sends all necessary communications. The client has already run several WebConferences in the last year and this issue has never arisen.
I am aware that the link is temporary and there are only a few days left to its deletion as of today, but if it were possible to have a retrieval option, I would use it.
Certain of the great cooperation from the technical support and your understanding of the problem, I await a positive outcome to my request.
