Hello guys, can I use Linksys PAP2T as a SIP Trunk to make and receive calls on 3CX ?

Yes, however, you will have to manually configure it.

The menu (GUI) very similar to the SPA-2102 and FXS portion of the SPA-3102. If you do some searches, you will find examples of the required datafill. Create an extension in 3CX first, then you will have the required information, password, user, server address auth ID, etc.. Using it on the same LAN is easiest, but you should be able to use it with STUN as well.
