Linksys SPA-3102 5.1.10(GW)

Hi I have configured a Linksys SPA-3102 using the config file from the server, and the linksys shows that it is registered (debug on the linksys shows this). However the server says it is not registered? Any ideas? How do you get more detailed debug on the server to see what is happening? I dont see anything in the server log?

In 3CX advanced settings you can change the detail level of the 3CX server logs. What do they show now, just after you power up the 3102? They are a snapshot, so you have to either open them just after you turn on the 3102 or do a refresh. The logs should show the 3102 attempting a registration at power on and, if successful, another every 30 minutes. You are using the same port number for the FXO in both the 3102 and 3CX? The 3102 default is 5061 and 3CX default is 5062, so one has to be changed.

solved it...not sure which setting it was, but went back through the config guide and it can up.
