Linksys SPA / Cisco SPA on 3CX v20 - call pickup

Hi guys,
we have few customers with very old ip phones Linksys SPA942 and Cisco SPA50x.
BLF buttons were configured as (198 is BLF, Call Pickup and Speed Dial):

fnc=blf+sd+cp;sub=198@$PROXY;ext=198@$PROXY;vid=1

3CX v18 = works fine
3CX v20 = call pickup doesnt work

Any idea how to fix it? (I know, replacing to new supported phones is also solution)

It might be a permission issue. Edit the user's extension, go to "view" and check the box for "operations" and see if that fixes it.

This was my first check. Oprations are on, it doesn't work. Extension has system admin rights...

I wouldn't waste your time any more on those phones if that doesn't work. They are very ancient.
