Linksys SPA3102

I am trying to use a Linksys SPA3102 for paging and it works but when the customer hangs up a reorder tone goes thru the speakers for 5 seconds. Has anyone had this problem and if so what is causing this.

Can you provide more details of how you are using the device. It has both FXO and FXS ports along with a lot of possible options.

I am using it as a fxs port plugging into a bogen PCM

So the amp "answers" a call, but then stays off-hook too long and the 3102 sends a tone after a timeout period.
You can try increasing the option Reorder Delay under the Regional tab/ Control Timer Values.

I'm not positive, but that may do it.
