Linkvil W611W Glitches

Hello everyone,

Situation: In one of the offices, a Linkvil W611W is installed behind an SBC. Incoming calls go simultaneously to this device and a desk phone. Since the beginning of the week, employees have been reporting issues with the wireless phone:

-- The phone is not ringing at all, ringing delayed, it keeps ringing when call's answered from another phone, or if you do get it to ring when you answer the phone is frozen and you cannot hear the person on the other end.

The phone system is 3CX v20 update 6 with a Raspberry Pi-powered SBC. Any ideas on which direction we should take for troubleshooting?

Hi,

Give the phone and SBC a restart to begin with.

Were more phones added behind the SBC recently, extra BLFs configured?

Is the internet connection and general network stable?

Please check WIFI, and network congestion, than check WIFI, and if all fails, check WIFI
Hope you understand what I try to say here
By any chance using Unifi 6 ?
