Since version 16.0 v5 of April 2020, the contact list is displayed in a strange way to create the list of participants for a planned Webmeeting. There is a change of list depending on the type of Webmeeting chosen (audio-video) and it is not pleasant.
One of our clients uses the list of extensions to select participants and since this last version it is no longer possible without knowing the person's email address first.
