listen to conversations without client

So, one of my management team asked if it was possible to phone conversations without using the webclient. They would like to push a button on the phone (Grandstream GXP1625) and listen in that way. From what I've seen, it's not possible, but was hoping someone may have a more definitive answer. Maybe with a better phone it would work? Thanks!

Nope, these functions works only from the Webclient or the 3CX for Windows/Mac.

There are no feature codes for this.

Wow - We have hundreds of law firms that use this feature. Samples of use: Judge is on the phone, the client you have been waiting for, new client, your wife, etc. LOL

This lets many lawyers, executives, managers, etc. handle calls more efficiently!

Push their button, push a whisper button Or have a second button for the whisper.

This would feature would not let Digital Phones Rule!!!

Simply have them use the Webclient or the desktop softphone. Why is it so complicated? The UI is so easy, it's easier than remembering a feature code.
