We have a ring group (hunt group) configured to forward unanswered calls to voicemail. The recorded message is then sent to one of the numbers within the ring group. I want to set it up so that when we press the voicemail (VM) button on our phone, it directly dials into that voicemail.
From my research, I found that dialing 999 (or 99999 in our setup) followed by # and entering the extension should allow access. However, this approach hasn't worked for me. I suspect this limitation may be due to using the free version of 3CX, which might not support this functionality.
Before exploring alternative solutions, I’d like to confirm whether this is indeed a limitation of the free 3CX version.
