Solved Little bit of help setting up queues

Hi,

I am setting up a call queue for the first time - at the moment I am just testing some bits out as the system isn't live.

The support we get from our reseller isn't great, hence turning to the forums.

Here my question

1.) I've set up the Q but it goes straight to on-hold music. How do I get an announcement first staying something like "you have been placed in a queue, we'll be with you shortly" etc
