Live chat - Allow customer to send us files

Working with an insurer that wants to have ability for customers to send a pic of their car via live chat function. Agent can send them pics but they can't send to the Agent?

What am I doing wrong?

Hi, @steve.moran,

Live Chat users (web visitors) are not able to send attachments to PBX Agents. However, PBX Agents can successfully send attachments to Live Chat users.

If this is your question, please note that this behavior is by design.

You could always repurpose the generic SMS function.This is my Telegram MMS integration.

There are still some issues , like I cant click on an audio file and it'll play but if I can get the browser extension working

Sorted out the clickable links , so now I can play audio and MP4 and some other formats.

Claude did a browser extension in a few minutes
