Live chat box not showing when logged out of WordPress

I've installed the 3cx plugin in WordPress and am trying to use it. However, I can see the live chat box in WordPress, but when I log out of WordPress, I can't see the box. I've identified that a plugin I'm using is interfering with 3cx. The interfering plugin is LiteSpeed Cache. What settings do I need to make to see the live chat box even when logged out of WordPress?

I believe this can be related with the setting Cache Logged-in Users in LightSpeed however this has to be checked from your side.

The problem is the callus.js file in the LightSpeed cache.
If I exclude the js and css of 3cx live chat from the LightSpeed cache, I should be able to see the chatbox normally.
What URL should I use to exclude the js and css of 3cx live chat from LightSpeed cache?
