Live Chat is grayed out

After several tries, the icon of "Live Chat" still grayed out using the Wordpress plugin or HTML embedded code.
The open hours is all day.
I have already disabled all cache options, but it stills grayed out.
But, if I run the direct link on pure html page, the chat works ok.
Is there anyone with this problem ?

Wordpress: 6.5.5 (latest)
3CX Live Chat: 10.0.13
Using Elementor
W3 Total Cache (disabled)

Hi there.
If in Chrome browser, you will press F12 and go to the Console tab, so you see errors?
Did you enter your URL correctly in the 3CX and then Plugin of the WordPress?

Hello, i am having a similar issue with mine, it runs well on the laptop browser but turned gray on a mobile phone, what should i do? I am using html/php not wordpress. Thanks

Use Chrome browser on your mobile device too, to see the outcome
