Solved Live Chat Not Working On Website

Hello, I have installed the Wordpress plugin and created a Live Chat in StartUp.
When entering the live chat URL into the Wordpress plugin it does not add the chat to my website.
Can someone please advise what I might be missing.

In 3CX add your FQDN as https://www.domain.co.nz, not https://domain.co.nz.
