Solved Live Chat showing faded and unclickable

Hi, I just installed the widget and did the entire thing. however... if you visit my website www.ourpropertyteam.com the widget shows faded and unclickable. and found this error... any help will be much appreciated."Access to fetch at 'https://ourpropertyteam.mn.3cx.us/MyPhone/c2cinfo?c2cid=juanbarrera' from origin 'https://ourpropertyteam.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled".

Just found the issue. on "Specify your website URL" I entered "https://www.ourpropertyteam.com/" I just deleted the "www" and it worked.

This would be the case as your website is https://ourpropertyteam.com/ which is without the www. We are glad you spotted it.
