Solved Live chat shows in window frame and mobile issues

Hi friends in set up live chat for joomla and it works great but i have some issues.

1. Chat opens in new window frame and i see url of pbx. But in nice pictures how to install chat there is no frame around chat. Like in other chat apps or 3cx manual

2. On mobile phone chat is very small. It is not usable

Is it possible to make chat like on nice pictures without windows frame? and sole mobile phone view problems?
