local IP of the SIP server

A newbie question.
I'm somewhat confused with the IP they are asking. Where do I get this address. All the docs I've check they just tell you to enter the IP address but I have no idea where to get it, I assume it's not the IP address of a router I'm using. I'm with Vonage and here's some specks I found for them for SIP:
ProxyUserName=my name
ProxyUserPassword=password
ProxyDomain=a.vonim.com
ProxyPort=10000

[Jabber]
JabberDefaultDomain=vonage.net
JabberOverrideServer=woohoo.vonagetalk.com

[Calling Options.DNS]

0 = "216.115.24.230"
1 = "216.115.31.140"
Can someone point me in the right direction.

I would assume this would be the IP of your 3CX server, You can find the external IP by going to IPchicken.com, and the internal by going to start > run > enter cmd & hit enter > ipconfig & enter.
