Locating, replacing phone templates in v16

I have followed the instructions located at https://www.3cx.com/docs/custom-ip-phone-templates/ which are for v15, however, I cannot locate the phone configuration storage in v16. I need to change the default values of two items applied to our Grandstream phones

As mentioned in the guide, you are not changing the default 3CX templates, rather, you are creating a copy of the default templates and then modifying the copies to suit your needs. Are you using 3CX Hosted? If so you don't have access to that as one of the limitations of 3CX hosted
