Solved Locating voicemail messages

Hi all,
I have a situation where we set up email forwarding for voicemail messages but the voicemail messages were never received (email issue). They were recorded so should be in the system somewhere. Does anyone know where to find these messages (I was able to do this in v18 relatively easily)?

Have you checked the web client?
Also have you checked the local folder of the extension?

Thanks Theodoros, I located them by logging into the web portal > voicemail and downloaded the ones they needed.
So simple!
