Log line meaning

Anybody can explain the meaning of this line in logs :

05:37:50.187 [EC100007]: External application is connected: application:sx280:0/CFGManager local:127.0.0.1:5482 remote:127.0.0.1:1270

AND

09:11:42.625 [EC100007]: External application [sx280:0/CFGManager] is disconnected:

sx280 is the name of the PC running 3CX.
What this connection of CFGManager means ?

Thats the configuration manager service.

Yes, i guess.
But why this service connects and disconnects ?
Nobody works on the phone system between 5am and 9am.
So just want to know what CFCManager is doing by this connection.
