log no answered call in call recording function

Hi to all.

i'm using call recording feature than the specs of the call are in the filename of the .wav file.
it is working perfectly but the only missing feature is the ability to count the calls no answered, so I wish to know if there some trick/hack to be able to the system generate a .wav file recording with no data, for shows in the title name than the X extension or group extensions of an call was not answered.

there are an xml than control the data of the file name of the recording wavs, but at moment i was not able to get it.


any ideas? other method to count the no answered calls?

If you're just looking for some way to log or see that call you can use the detail call reporter
