Logging others in/out Queues?

I am a system owner, but it wont let me log others in/out of queues. How can I control their queues?

On V20. Tried Manager role and Receptionist roles, as well as the system owner roles. What am I missing?

Roles are irrelevant.

you need to go in to the queue and add them as a queue manager.

Its under notifications - not named great but there you go.

Add the user in, and they are a Q manager.
