Login details for users after upgrade to V20

Currently we have approximately 185 users in 3CX and we use the 3CXphoneforwindows16.msi (windows app). Most of our users once received a config file and have never changed anything.

As we are migrating to V20 and may use the 3cx app from the Microsoft store (deployed via script), most of them do not have or do not know their password. What is the best thing to do? I don't want to send login details to 185 users one-by-one.

Any tips or advise?

Use SSO with MS or Google. Alternatively, have the user "Forgot password" to get an email.

You could also select all the users and reset their password.

You would not need to do this one by one.

In version 18, that would be "Send Welcome Email"
