Login through WebRTC is not working

Hi all,

I have a SMB system for 20 people and have a very unusual problem. I and few of my colleagues are able to login through WebRTC, but the
status of my user does not change. Because of that, the user behaves like he is indeed unregistered.

When I login through windows app, the status in normal again. The problem is only with Web RTC, I see that the system was updated, how to resolve the issue?

Hi @Kovacevic

Ensure that the below permissions are allowed in the browser settings for the user to register.
If the below permissions are not given to the browser the agent is using they will be shown as unregistered.
