Logitech headset issue

Hello, I'm having issues with Logitech h390 headsets, When I try to answer a parked call it takes a long time. When I have the headsets unplugged I'm able to pick up the parked call right away.
The strange thing is it only happens with this specific model.

Hi!

Are we sure that it is not some sort of faulty device?
I am assuming that you are using the new Desktop App, and you have selected the Logitech H390 as the Speaker and Microphone, right?

Do you happen to have a second peice of the specific headset?
Also what happens if you connect some other USB headset?
