We're relatively new to 3CX installing a licensed version in jan 2013 onto a win7 pc supporting 5 VoIP phones. We have a sip trunk from gradwell too.
One of our biggest problems is the time it takes to transfer a call. This seems most acute during the working day, far less pronounced at weekends. We're not using 'my phone' or any of the software tools, just the phones themselves. The time between pushing the transfer button on the phone and then the call moving to te other phone can be 5 seconds or even longer.
We're told this should not take that sort of time.
Our network is not overloaded and usually idle at the time. It feels like the SIP request to do the transfer is going back to gradwell to process rather than 3CX. It that a configuration option. I've looked but am unable to see anything in the manuals.
Has anyone else come across this problem? An anyone explain what might be going on/what is supposed to happen or any further troubleshooting?
Thanks. :S
