i have a self hosted 3cx server setup, when anyone with a local number calls it comes through fine, but anyone long distance goes to voicemail. i checked the logs, it appears to mark the user as busy for a long distance number but not for local. i tried looking through these forms and google but i cant seem to figure it out.
