Long transfer time

When I input 9 in IVR setting, I go to personal voicemail
But it takes 5 seconds from IVR to personal voicemail
Is there any way to shorten the transfer time?

This is called interdigit timeout which is a setting which waits if the user presses more then 1 digit, which is needed if you like to use direct dialling to an extension. It should not be 5s more 2s, can you confirm?

Maybe you do n’t know what I mean
For example: when I press 9 in the IVR setting, I will enter the voicemail of 104
But the time from IVR to voicemail takes 5 seconds. Is there any way to shorten the transfer time?
