Looking for 3CX compatible bluetooth headsets with noise reduction

Good day, we have tested several headsets with noise reduction and it works great during teams, but when using 3cx, the caller can pickup all conversations through the mic. Any suggestions which headset to go for? Needs to be bluetooth

Skype has been doing noise cancellation for a very long time and might just be the best at it in the world. Microsoft owns Skype and likely incorporate it's engine into Teams. It's unlikely you will ever get the same level of noise cancellation from another tool, but you might be able to get something good enough.

Jawbone is known for good noise cancellation. Jabra Talk 65 is a personal favorite of mine. I also use a Plantronics Voyager Legend 5200. Lastly, Yealink has the BH72 which I hear good things about.

Jumping on this threat as this is becoming a real gripe for me too. I've tried numerous bluetooth headsets, all of which work perfectly with other apps and devices, but with 3CX they pick up every sound other than my voice! It definitely seems to be a 3CX issue.

Perhaps 3CX should up their game and fix the problem, rather than us all struggle to find a specific headset that works with 3CX.

PS - had wired, bulky headsets in the past that were okay with 3CXbut would rather move to ear bud type usage given a more remote way of working, running 3CX from a MS Surface.
