Hi, I'm trying to avoid the Loop Detected warning.

I have a queue comprised of five extensions.

On the extension side, in the Call Forwarding tab, what should I set up in Unanswered Calls?

Currently, the set up is forwarding unanswered calls to another extension that is part of the queue, but I wonder if that is necessary, specially considering that that extension may not be active at the time of the call. I suspect that this settings are causing the loop.

Note that these extensions are exclusively to be used in the queue, since they are a call center.

unanswered calls is more for direct calls to the extension.

it is the queue's DNA that determines where the call goes next, if you're sending it back to itself then you will get the loop detection.

So regarding extensions that are part of the queue, that setting should be the default, like:

not part of a queue in particular.

if you set up a new ext and go to this tab you'll see defaults.

Sorry, bad English, not my mother language....

What I meant was: the settings for those extensions that are part of a queue should be like the image on my previous post, correct?

The forwarding rules for an extension do not apply when it is receiving calls in the queue.
