After upgrading to version 20, we have experienced a loss of SSO functionality. Clicking the Microsoft login button just loops back to the login page.
Could you advise if the redirection URL has changed in this version?
I also want to add that SSO (Microsoft button) is only visible when the Auto MS365 user sync is enabled, which is not ideal for our partners.
