Lost recording during archive

Hi all,

Is there a way I can see what happened to a particular recording during archive?

3CX says this recording is archived but "File not found" when trying to download it.

The wav file doesnt exist on 3CX or in archive.

Is there a temp location 3CX moves files to before shipping off?

Just some context...

I did a full backup and restore to another VPS.

This recording doesnt exist on old VPS.

My only thinking is that, whilst it was still archiving, I ran the backup which couldnt grab the files because they were in progress and now they're lost forever.
