M365 Integration No Longer Working - Cert error?

Self hosted, running Version 20.0 Update 2 (Build 715 Release).

Hi, suddenly our M365 integration is no longer working. Checked the "Integrations->M365" via admin and receive the following error:



When we hit the "Reconfigure" button we get this:



Is it simply a case of deleting the app registration in Entra and reconnecting?
