We're trying to do M365 integration (SharePoint, so can store 3CX backup & recordings on SharePoint) in 3CX v20 & following the guide on https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/sharepoint/ & trying to configure SharePoint storage, however, it’s not showing any folder/path/sites. We’ve tried creating both the Teams site & Communication sites, but 3CX won’t see any of the sites:

3CX integration with M365 is configured & working OK too:

Even the app registration permission in Azure seems to be OK:

Is there anything else we’d do, to get this working?

Having the same issue, did you get a resolution?

Yes, this issue's resolved by configuring a folder called "Recordings" and "Backups" directly into the "root" SharePoint site. This would be the site with address "https://[domain].sharepoint.com". Once you've these folders created, you'd see it showing up in 3CX under "Select folder/path".
