We are experiencing a problem with the random removal of M70 DECTs from our M900 multicell (there are 23 of them). Several times a week, one or two M70s disconnect from the system, appearing as “removed” in the “extensions” tab of the SNOM terminal.
We therefore have to reconnect the DECT directly using the connectivity settings.
We tried a number of different settings, but to no avail. Replacing the M70s with recurring problems has already solved the problem, but we're not convinced that this is the cause.
This is a 3CX V18 in the cloud, and the DECT terminals are behind an SBC.
We have many customers with similar systems, but only this one has this problem. If anyone has any ideas about what to check, I'd love to hear from you!
