Mac client - Admin?

Hi support

i've upgraded a client who all use Mac to v20 and their desktop client doesnt have the admin button. Is there going to be a mac client that will give admin access without them having to use web client?

Hello @Alphabetic,

You should be able to have the admin option if the extension has the correct role.
If you have console restriction enabled, then you will not have the Admin button visible if the IPs are not in the permitted list.
Can you please check and let us know?

if the IP wasnt in the allowed list it wouldnt show up when using the web client.

User is dept admin

Do you have any antivirus?
If yes, can you please temporarily disable it and let us know if the admin button is visible?

No antivirus, its an imac.

No need to open a ticket.

We have checked this further, in V20 the Elctron App will not include Admin access.
It will be available only for calls as a normal client.

Alternatively, you can use WebClient and PWA for admin access.
