Greetings all,

For some other reason, I had to totally reset my macOS firewall.
In the Firewall Options, I now only have com.apple.WebKit.Networking.xpc and another software with Allow incoming connections.

I have the "Automatically allow built-in softwares to receive incoming connections: and "Automatically allow downloaded signed software to receive incoming connections" checked.
But I noticed since I reseted it, I never have audio on incoming calls that I answer directly from my Webclient.

I either have to call back the person, or answer on my Desk phone (STUN, no SBC) then put on hold (*00) , then pickup from my web client (*10)

I would assume I'd have to add chrome to the "allow incoming connections", but this would allow anything within chrome.
Is there anything else I can allow just to let the WebClient receive phone calls normally ?

Thankyou all

I don't think so,because as far as the OS is concerned, your WebClient tab inside Chrome is "Chrome", I don't think there is a way to make the OS allow something for a specific tab inside Chrome, but or nothing else.

You are correct, it is not possible.
No clue what's cooking with this setup. Oh well. Thanks !

When you say "reset" im going to assume you just mean that you've deleted all the apps from the list.

So for shits and giggles I've done the same thing and I have no problem with audio.

If you suspect the firewall is the issue, does the problem go away when you turn it off?

Are you running another AV solution on the Mac which has FW features?

Are you able to get audio when you perform an echo test? (dial *777)

Try reinstalling Chrome, Updating to the latest Mac OS and even performing an SMC and PRAM reset.

I would also check for any application you've installed which takes control of your audio I/O devices.

@kieferschild
I have the latest macOS
I performed an NVRAM reset
Echo test works with *777
Firewall is OFF, and issue came back actually.

Apple suggest a full reinstallation of the OS which I'm not willing to do.
I'll live with the issue. Thank for the hints :)

You can boot your mac up to the recovery and reinstall the Mac OS over the top without losing data
