MacOS menubar icon cannot be hidden

I'm trying to keep my Mac menubar tidy and therefore need to remove the " 3CX Desktop App" item from it. Unfortunately I've found no way to do so.

Please provide an option to show/hide the menubar item either via app settings or standard mouse gesture (CMD+drag).
