Magrathea sip trunk

Hi all
Does anyone have experience with Magrathea SIP provider?
I can't set up incoming calls by DID
the Magrathea cant help but they tolled me that the DID format is S:xxxxxxxxxxx
Does anyone have experience with Magrathea SIP trunk?

There's an API to define the target endpoint, so for number '0123456789', you may set the target to be 'S:[email protected]'. The 'S:' part only says to use RFC2823 for DTMF signalling and it's stripped off when the call is placed to the target, so the call will be delivered to '[email protected]'.
