MakeCall component to call selected extension

For a dialer call flow, I'm trying to make the call and then call the pre-selected extension on the queue. But I couldn't find anything online. Can someone help?

maybe something like below. (It doesn't work btw.) 808 is the queue and 248 is the extension.

If you are circumventing the queue by routing the call to a specific extension, then why not send the call directly to the extension? Just enter 248.
