MakeCall v20 to outbound numbers not working

Dear all,
I have a problem with calls made via MakeCall to external numbers.
They were configured 2 outbound rules that are catching phone calls to numbers starting with 0 or 3.


Calls made via MakeCall between extensions work without any problems. On the other hand, if a call is made to an external number, once the handset is picked up the call cannot be transferred.
Direct calls (without MakeCall) to an external number work.

The issue is likely because you have a Department filter on your outbound rule that says MakeCall must be a member of the Default group. Further, you will need to specify an outbound caller ID, otherwise your carrier will likely reject the call.

Keep in mind that the source of the call is MakeCall which is neither an extension, nor a member of the Default group... and it does not have an outbound caller ID.
