Hi, anyone can help? how to Adjust your 3CX settings to allow for making multiple outbound calls simultaneously?

If your trunk, and provider allows it, then I'm not sure why you can't. You may want to provide more information as to exactly what you are attempting, and what sort of trunking arrangement you have.
